1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phtaya20 website at phtaya20.net, creating a player account, or using any service offered by phtaya20, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. • You are a resident or citizen of the Philippines or are physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by phtaya20 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of any employee of phtaya20 or its affiliated partners.

phtaya20 reserves the right to request identity documents to verify your age and residency at any point. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active phtaya20 account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. This information must match the details on your valid Philippine government-issued ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya20 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. phtaya20 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the phtaya20 support team immediately via live chat or the official support email. phtaya20 reserves the right to suspend account access pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

phtaya20 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. No other payment methods are accepted.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. phtaya20 reserves the right to return funds received from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your phtaya20 account, or to a verified account in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within the same business day for bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet.

phtaya20 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. These are outside of phtaya20's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

phtaya20 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these Terms plus the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all phtaya20 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used or not meeting wagering requirements within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• phtaya20 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and possible account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on phtaya20 — including live casino tables, Tongits, poker, slots, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game-specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface. In all cases, phtaya20's decision on the outcome of any game or bet is final and binding.

The random number generators (RNG) used in digital games on phtaya20 are certified for fairness and randomness. Live casino game results are produced by physical means in a professional studio environment and are verified through phtaya20's streaming and game management systems.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules that account for events such as postponements, cancellations, and incomplete play. phtaya20 will apply reasonable settlement rules for all affected bets and communicate any significant changes through the platform or via registered account email.

Bets accepted in error — for example, due to a technical error resulting in obviously incorrect odds being displayed — may be voided by phtaya20 at its discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned if a bet is voided under this provision.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phtaya20 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or attempting to circumvent account restrictions through new registrations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

phtaya20 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Death of the account holder, in which case the account will be managed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the instructions of verified next of kin.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, phtaya20 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings generated through misconduct. Real-money deposits not implicated in any misconduct will be returned to the verified payment source where legally required.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting phtaya20 support. All verified real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment account following standard withdrawal timelines.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya20 shall not be liable for:

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the phtaya20 platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation with the phtaya20 support and compliance team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, as applicable under Philippine law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents phtaya20 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent harm to the platform or its users.
